Foraged cherry laurel berries

Collected cherry laurel berries were boiled down and mixed with solvents at various ratios creating 14 different ink samples. The inks were painted on paper and revealed colors ranging from deep purples to shades of jade. A year later, the colors have transformed to warm sepias and pale pigeon grays.
