Wa, Ba, Tokoro, and Ma

Designed for rest and recharge, this project was exhibited at the SOFA Connect exposition held at Navy Pier. It is a light and seat installation that encourages gathering together or individually. At its lowest point, users sit above a warm glowing light while engaging with one another. Following the slope, the thick plywood walls grow taller, eventually creating smaller intimate rooms within.
